The Captain
Captain James Chesser (USCG CAPT LIC #1083023) has been fishing most of his life, and posses a sixth sense about where to find fish. A highly experienced commercial fisherman, that has covered most of the northern Gulf of Mexico waters, he knows when each species of fish migrates, what they are feeding on, and where their favorite reefs and outcroppings are located. The only reason Captain Chesser can GUARANTEE FISH is because he knows how to find them.
